About Us

OXO Realty is a forward-thinking PropTech startup that has introduced a groundbreaking 'Online House Booking Platform.' At OXO, we go beyond traditional property listings, actively promoting online property transactions by leveraging technology to eliminate the complexities & frictions in house discovery and transactions. Our intuitive platform empowers users to explore a variety of properties before making their final choice. We're committed to addressing the needs of both buyers and builders on a unified platform powered by cutting-edge technology. We strongly advocate for 'Digital Transformation' in real estate as the way forward, ushering in essential end-to-end 'Trust & Transparency'.

OXO Realty was established in 2019 by Mr. Chand Kumar, an alumnus of IIT Roorkee, and Mr. Pawan Kumar Singh, an alumnus of IIT Dhanbad. Subsequently, the company welcomed two additional co-founders, Ms. Pushplata Ranjan and Mr. Anuvrat Parashar, who assumed key technical roles within the organization.

What we do for prospective home buyers (B2C):

For buyers, along with "Book-Now", we provide "Reverse Bid" feature too. Our Reverse Bid concept is the very first and unique in this domain. It directly provides customers/users the flexibility to disclose their budget choice and so, enhance the much-needed point of interactions between developers and the buyers without much manual intervention. It's like an 'Online Negotiation' tool.

Unlike other property 'Listing Only' realty portals, we do the complete handholding of our prospective homebuyers, from house discovery to buying to documentation, everything in online through our 'Transaction Only' platform. That's why we call us as OXO (Moving from ‘Offline-to-Online’ with our unique product as the ‘X’ factor). We believe, the landscape is always changing and one of our core advantages is our ability to experiment with and harness emerging technologies to enhance human interaction on the digital interface. Our motive is to expand beyond mere textual information (simple listings based culture), unlike other realty portals existing in the market, and allow users to better understand their requirements, our product offerings, and associated offers within the website/app before zeroing down with any inventory in real estate.

The testing and surveys we've conducted indicate that, unlike with other online realty portals, OXO Realty users will, for sure, embrace Periodic Aerial Videos via our Bird Eye View (using drone), our in-house prepared 3-D intuitive interface of Easy View (based on real-time inventory), Digital EOIs (Expression of Interest), upcoming Comparison Engine, and Reverse-Bid, to say the least. We're also contemplating to venture into 3D Reconstruction Technology (for Ready-to-move-in inventories). OXO Realty truly wants to disrupt and redefine the way consumers search and buy their dream homes, by leveraging the curated & immersive contents with utter transparency and trust. OXO Realty aims to provide effective decision-making points on our intelligent & intuitive interface itself for users to decide the next course of action and buy from us.

In contrast to many other realty PropTech companies that focus on 3D Technology, Digital Twins, or Meta and provide them as SaaS solutions to developers, we take a different approach. We make our 3D Technologies directly available to prospective homebuyers through our B2C platform. This empowers homebuyers by aiding their decision-making process during home discovery and purchasing, setting us apart from the competition.

What we do for real estate developers (B2B):

We truly understand the developer’s pain points and want to understand and evolve with all other aspects of the builder's issues by interacting & communicating with them consistently.

And so, for developer’s community, We at OXO Realty are in process of building a Cloud-based robust back-end technology (tool), which we call as PoS (point of sale), that will give the developers an upper hand over the other peers/competitors in the market and at the same time will streamline their entire lot of day-to-day operational and business challenges very efficiently and effectively.

This PoS for the builders will serve in the following areas:

  • Real-time Shared Inventory Management (Flexible, controllable & customizable by ADMIN)
  • Real-time impact analysis of "Reverse-Bidding" for applicable/selected inventories
  • Team & Brokers Management
  • Work-flow Management
